Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing
 

This is a pretty basic oil and vinegar based salad dressing but it is quite good and you don't get sick of it very quickly. It's great in wraps too!
 

The recipe is for a small amount but it is a good size to try out.
If you like, just double or triple as it keeps well in the fridge for a number of days.
 

The goods >> 

 

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
Dash of minced garlic
 

Keep in mind when you make dressings they will generally taste better the next day when all the ingredients have some time to mingle and  'get to know each other'
